Personal:

I currently run for Wofford College in South Carolina, where I double major in biology and Spanish. I will be spending 5 months studying abroad in Chile in 2017. I love cookie dough a little too much and spend most of my free time outside or asleep (or both). Living & running to know Christ and to make Him known!

3 mile run + 5 miles on my bike around campus at Western. Biking was fun! Run wasn't so bad. Trying to work on my form here now that I'm starting fresh. I want to get my knees up and have that feeling natural by cross season!

4 miles at Western. These short and "easy" runs are really killin me cardiovascularly...yikes. I had to stop and walk for part of this really long hill I almost always am able to make all the way up. 8:14 per mile.

4 miles along North River Road, then biked 4 miles. Felt very rough aerobically during this. 7:49 pace, a bit quick even while I was telling myself to take it nice and easy, I think I just misgauged my pace.
