First ten mile run since my senior year of high school! I drop up to Smithfield for my run, wanted a change of scenery. Parked my car at a park (pun intended?) then ran up Smithfield canyon to the campground, then around it for a while until I hit five miles. I enjoyed running in the canyon, I ended up almost gaining 1,000 feet of elevation, but it was mostly pretty gradual. Just before eight miles started to feel pretty tired. Good run overall. There's a creek right next to the park, so I'll be up here in the summer some for runs and an ice bath after.
