Running Accomplishments:

I ran for three years in high school, first for Pleasant Grove, then for Lone Peak. My times were never very competitive, but I enjoyed the feeling of being in good shape and the distance running camaraderie. 

Short-Term Running Goals:

  • Qualify for and run in the 2022 Boston Marathon

Long-Term Running Goals:

  • Complete an Ironman Triathalon
  • Stay fit throughout my life!

Personal:

I'm an undergraduate student studying Economics at Utah State. I enjoy reading and basketball.

I've been really bad at logging my runs lately, but it's a new year so I need to get back on it.

Roads were super slick so I ran indoors on the track and treadmill. Felt dehrydrated because I didn't drink enought water last night.

Played full court basketball for two hours in the afternoon. Not counting that mileage, but a good workout nonetheless.

7 degrees out this morning. Cut my run a mile short because my hands were super cold, despite wearing gloves. I'll make it up later this week. Had some hot chocolate after and that hit the spot.

Had some bad stomach cramps for like a quarter mile or so about three miles in. They left as quickly as they came, was weird. Felt really good besides that.
