Utah Valley Marathon 2013: PR 3:16:20, 1st division.

Running With the Bulls 5k 2011: 20:02, 1st place

Race For The Cure 10k, San Antonio 2013: 42:47, 2nd overall

Short-Term Running Goals:

Run a sub 3:20 @ Air Force Marathon 2015.

Sub 20 min 5k

 

Long-Term Running Goals:

Run a 3(ish) hour marathon before I am 40.

I got to 500 miles for the year today!  The gym is doing an incentive program.  You get a shirt the first 100 miles you run, 250 you get a water bottle and 500 you get a medal and your name on a plaque?  Well, I figured I would just turn my card in when I hit 500.  I did it and now there is really nothing else to look forward to with my running.  David and I are planning to run Boston next year, so I better keep running for that so I don't loose too much fitness over the pregnancy and year.

I got to run outside since david was going to work later. It actually felt pretty good. The beginning of the second trimester is usually the best for running. You don't feel as gross and you aren't huge yet. I ran 5 by myself and 2 with naomi . we stopped at a park and she played on the way home

Pushed N around base since david is out of town. We ran until 4.5 stopped and played at a park. I ran half a mile around the park in circles while she played. We ran home.
