Utah Valley Marathon 2013: PR 3:16:20, 1st division.

Running With the Bulls 5k 2011: 20:02, 1st place

Race For The Cure 10k, San Antonio 2013: 42:47, 2nd overall

Short-Term Running Goals:

Run a sub 3:20 @ Air Force Marathon 2015.

Sub 20 min 5k

 

Long-Term Running Goals:

Run a 3(ish) hour marathon before I am 40.

20 miles for our last real long run before the marathon.  8:36 pace, so slow because of my big lack of energy.  I felt bad holding Brittany back, we went faster than I thought I was dragging, so that's good.

We did push Naomi for the first half of the run, so that contributed to the sluggishness.  Good run, I feel comfortable pacing 9:44 (4:15)

7 miles pushing Naomi around the base on all of the hills.  I felt ok today and we averaged 8:30, which is really good for wind and stroller.

Fed Naomi dinner and out the door we went for a sunset run. We had been cooped up in the house all day. Watched the sunset and I felt so much better.

MMG workout. Felt so good to work hard on uphill for 50 minutes. 6.8 speed the entire way. Well my last 6% and 5% were on 6.5. 6% the second time is ALWAYS the most difficult part of this workout.

One mile without incline and that felt nice.

There was a 5k on base this morning and thank goodness there was, or else I don't think I would have gone running. My body is super fatigued and I have a big lack of motivation to get outside since all of my running is to be done pushing naomi around. I don't mind but I get so so tired.

Did the 5k and I ran it a record slowest for me 24:45. I wasn't trying to race (seriously) and my body wouldn't go. I wanted to run 10 miles today but it just wasn't going to happen in my state. Plus I had to get to the post office.
