Ran 6 miles on the TM in a super soupy gym. First time i have ran since the M-thon, felt ok, knees hurt a little. 7:07 AP Cardio Circuit class. I was bummed because the schedule said the class was supposed to be 30 spin/30 min sculpt. It was a class that was just filled with random things we had to do. Good workout but really boring... I wouldn't want to do this class again. |
