5 miles with Elyse 'round the base. I told her stories along the way, I think it helped her keep the mind off of the running. 4 miles on the TM. 1 mile warm up. Started at 7.5 for 1 min. went up to 8.5 for one min. Back down to 7.5 for one min. Worked up to 9.5. I really liked the little speed work session I did. Arm rep stuff. Calf raises. Abs. Bridges. Stretches. Beautiful day in the Del... :) |
