Workout: 1 min each 4-6% incline Rest 2 min @ 0% 1 min each 5-7% incline Rest 2 min 1 min each 6-8% Rest 1 min each 8-6% Rest 7-5% Rest 6-4% Rest Repeat. I only did half of the second repeat. Did some abs, plank, calf raises, and stretches. |
