It felt great to be outside today and running again. All last week I was working out inside on the elliptical, and I don't enjoy exercising indoors as much as outdoors. Anyway, felt good and loved being outdoors again.

| | Today was the first time that I ran in the afternoon. It was warm but it felt good. I wish I would have had time for more, but then, at least I got to run the 4. My leg sooms to be much better. The week I took off last week, from running, seems to have done some good. | | Add Comment |
| | It took my about 3 miles to warm up today, which I don't understand, but once i hit 3 I felt really good. I took 2 whole minutes off my time from monday on the same route which is always a good thing. It is warming up and I love the weather. | | Comments(2) |

I ran mid-day today and it was better than the last time I did that. I felt good and even got some sun, always a plus.
Just my normal 5 miler, no slower and no faster. I actually keep a pretty even pace from one run to the next. I suppose that is good. | | Add Comment |
