Same 3 again, pushing Anna in the stroller.  I was thinking as I was running today that there is no way I will be ready for the marathon.  Especially because I am only running 3 a day still.  That is depressing.  I know if I really put my mind to it I can, so we will see how I do with that.

Happy to run!!

I read some of your entries. You're awesome to run pushing a stroller. That should count double miles. Have you tried interval running? Our running group does it and its the best. It's from Marnie Caron's book on Marathons. I can get your the title if you're interested. Our long run today was 10 miles and we did a 6 min run/1 min walk. 4 of the 5 of us are new to running and have never done a long race. We started the program the beginning of April and it's amazing to see the progress we've made.

Yes I would be interested. Thank you. I did run a half marathon in May and felt like I was going to start making some good progress. A week later I tore a ligament in my knee so it is hard starting from square one again. Thank you for your comments. I will research that book or if you could get the title that would be great.
