I wanted to do this run in under an hour and did.  I am improving and that makes me quite happy.

I passed more people than passed me and that is always good.  It was a good run, a few hills, but the hills are great training!!

Glad to be running.

Way to hit your goal time. That was not an easy race - keep up the good work!

Nice job on a tough course! It was really 6.2 (true 10K) instead of 6.02 (darn short), wasn't it? That makes quite a difference for your overall pace. Did you have a Garmin on? I don't remember reading that it was substantially short in anyone else's race report. Anyway, soon you will have to change your name to at least "medium poke," doncha think?

The 6.02 was a typo on my part. Oops. Thank you for all of the comments. I am feeling good about my improvement and am definatley feeling better and better with each run. Thank you again.

Under an hour to meet your goal and in the top 10 of your age group. Excellent job!
