My leg wasn't hurting so I ran, and felt good the whole way. I want to run faster and hopefully when I shed a few pounds I will. I figure at least I am running and that counts for something. I did my usual run again, a loop around my neighborhood and then out to the LaVerkin stake center and back. I got my Garmin back so now I can switch up my running a little bit and know how far I am going. I am looking forward to using it again and will sometime this week. |
