I'm new to running scene.  My father, brother and brother-in-law have all ran marathons, so I thought I'd give running a try.

Coming off an injury (Excuses, Excuses!!)

Short-Term Running Goals:

Get some 5K's, 10K's and a few half marathons under my belt. Stay injury free to run the 2009 St. George Marathon.

Long-Term Running Goals:

2009 STG Marathon!!!!!!!!!!

Personal:

 1 daughter who want to be a runner.  She wants to be fast like her  uncle and grandpa, not slow like her mom.

2 miles of walking with 200 lunges.  Pretty uneventful.  Feels good to get up and do somethng to start the day.

Maybe it's just my skinny distance runner legs talking, but I get sore thinking about doing 200 lunges a day. Props to you for keeping that up...

Thanks. I love the lunges and am hoping to strengthen my legs more. I do sets of 50 to make it a bit easier.

I need to be doing them to build up a little more leg strength, and a couple of years ago I got to where I'd do 100/day, but now I'm just lazy. Again, props to you!
