I ran all 4 this morning in Springdale, UT.  It is absolutely beautiful there.  I need to remember when I run there though, to run towards the park so that I can run downhill after I turn around, or find something that is not out and back.  The 2nd half absolutely killed me, I had a headwind and it was pretty much uphill!!  I am happy to have gone a bit farther this time again, all I want is to be where I was when I got hurt and that is hard for me, I feel like it is so far away.  It will come, I know that.  I just need to remember it.

Anyway, ran 4, felt good as far as knee and legs aren't sore anymore either.

Happy to be running again!!!

You're rolling now! Keep it up. By the way, I read that Rouge Valley Runners (same store that did the tar and trail run in March) have been approved to hold a trail marathon in the fall. 26.2 miles up, down, around, over and everything in-between. Sound like fun to you? Not me one bit! 6 miles was enough for me!

Definately not a marathon, only the fittest could handle that.

The 6 was fun (ish), and maybe next year we can do it again!!
