I actually got up early to run.  I have meant to the last 4 saturdays or so and haven't, so I am glad I got up.  I went to the LaVerkin stake center and back, my usual 4.5 or 5 run.  About 2 miles into it I had a crazy side ache again and had to walk again.  This time I limited my walking to 1 block instead of the 5 or so I walked last time.  It was fine after that.  I don't understand it.  When it happened on Thursday I just thought I had drank to much water or something, but I didn't drink anything before I went this time.

I suppose all I can do is see what happens next time.  The leg felt ok, a bit awkward at first but no pain.

Glad to be running!
