4, I think. I still haven't ran this route with my Garmin, but I know it is close to 4. Anyway, felt good and am feeling stronger. I try to push myself up the hills rather than slowing down, like I have done in the past. I hope I am improving and they don't seem to hurt as bad. That is good.
My dad ran the course from saturdays run and it was a bit short. I am still happy with my time though. |
