62F, NNE 11 mph.  7:28 AP.  My tour of small Oklahoma towns no one has ever heard of continues.  I've hit Apache and Fletcher; today I ran to Cyril.  Apache was big time, they had a blinking red light.  We only have a stop sign in Elgin.  Anyway, it was a solid run.  I kept the pace moderate but no need to hit MP since I did that on Tuesday.  Actually the last mile and change were at MP or a little faster.  I had plenty of reserve in the tank today.

Now to sit back and wait for my daughter's stomach virus to hit me.  It's just a matter of 'when.'

Nice run. I'm sure you paid heed to the blinking red light and came to a full stop right.

Sounds like a great way to tour Oklahoma.

Good way to keep things interesting. The town I grew up in in Maine has a few stop signs but no traffic lights (not even a blinking one). Get fart enough north in the state they stop naming towns and use numbers (seriously).

My sister has kids and it's always a matter of "when" and not "if" the entire house gets sick, usually extended to my parents' house too. Wonderful, beautiful, little germ factories.

Good run, Joe - looking strong, buddy. Go ahead and register for Lawton HM! :)

DB - oh, definitely. 6am on a Sunday in Apache, OK sees a lot of traffic.

dh - could be worse...

Jason - "hey so where are you from?" "That quaint, idyllic town: 4369. It was a simple life in old 4369." crazy!

jb81 - I hope to - it's pending child care right now (my wife is running it already).
