AM:  74F, 74%.  9 @ 7:55 AP.  Still feel a little off but I need to go ahead with a HMP workout tomorrow, since I have to do a LR w/AT on Saturday...should be fine; temps will be relatively nice tomorrow.

PM:  4 slow TM miles.  Hit 1000 miles on the fastwitch; I'm thinking that'll be the next training shoe I buy - they have held up better than the kinvaras...I bet I get another 500+ out of them.

I had 66F, 71% this morning, believe it or not.

You're starting to loose me with all these AP's, HMP's, LR's and AT's. Sometimes I feel like I'm still in kindergarten running class.

Don't feel bad, I've invented my own running language over the years on FRB. I only expect people to understand about half of my made-up acronyms.

Joe is the inventor of acronyms. That's what he does. An incomplete list of Joe's acronyms used JUST THIS MONTH: VS, TDZ, SA, CV, DST, and "Fart Cloud," (I'm sure this is on it's way to becoming "FC") And that doesn't even include the ones IJR listed!

By the way, did you win your parking ticket case? "I'm out of order?! You're out of order!"

My PT case is a week from today. If I lose, I'm laying down a FC in the courtroom.

How about those FT's!? 1000 miles? I might have to start wearing mine.

Congrats on the 1000 mile club. I've got just under 400 on mine and they are ripping out. Like the shoe though.
