74F, S 18-25 mph.  Got out before the movers came for a warm, windy long run.  I think 17 miles is probably where I'll max out this summer on Sundays.  Anything longer starts to get miserable.  7:32 AP.

Great job on the long run. I agree with anything longer than 17 gets to be really boring.

Have fun moving all of your things today.

I'm with you too. My long runs the last 3 weeks have been 17, and everytime I finish I'm always thinking "that is the PERFECT length for a LR" :-) Obviously the longer overdistance runs are important, but its nice when they don't drag on forever.

Great long run in the wind and heat!

Hope the move went well. I bet you're glad you're family is finally with you!

Nice fun. Funny, anything over 10 gets miserable for me.

Bec - thanks. This was the last free move for us (with movers and packers), so I guess I can't complain too much about the work this time!

Jake - I think everyone would be happier if a marathon was only 20 miles. Then we could always stop at 17 in training!

IJR - thanks, it is nice to finally have them around!

dh - yeah, I know the feeling. I guess I was distinguishing "really miserable" from "kinda miserable"
