Guys, this is not fast for Joe, it's almost a minute slower than his marathon pace. Joe, I think you are still recovering. Basically, a marathon is a 20-miler (which we do pretty often) with a fast 10K added to the back. That 10K translates into weeks of recovery, for whatever reason. (I'm amazed at how smart I am.)

Flat - Yeah, it really is amazing the extra recovery needed for the few extra miles of a marathon. Especially for me apparently! 7:52 sure felt fast yesterday...
