40F, WNW 11 mph.  7:52 AP.  Felt pretty hard actually.  Weird, probably just a sleep defecit.  No more long, late nights at work though, I've babysat my last overseas mission and now someone else gets the late night stress!  "Dress rehearsal" run is tomorrow (8 w/ 2).

Glad you were able to pass the baton on your project ... good nights rest and fueling is as important as anything the rest of the week. Oh & I called Pfitz, he changed his mind & thinks you should do 6/w 2. :)

Awesome the weather is looking good, you have raced in some tough conditions & that make a huge difference! You are soooo going to rock Houston, I am really excited for you Joe!

Yes! Good weather in the forecast and a little taper twitchiness. You are in perfect shape. Do I need your bib to track you?

JG - thanks man, sorry I had to go 8/2, but thanks for calling Pfitz on my behalf

April - bib # is 1772. I think if you go to the website there is some way to track, although it might involve getting annoying text messages every 5k.

CL - thanks, I'm definitely in full-on rest mode now.
