36F, 7:38 AP.  Felt good, I gave myself a speed limit again at 7:30 pace.  Good sign that I kept having to slow down, I think.  Taper might be starting to work a little.

Great run and I would agree that it's a good sign that the pace was easy for you. Can't wait to see how it turns out. Youve put in the training and time so you should be proud!

usually a good sign.

The question is, do you have the mental fortitude to write yourself a speeding ticket?

From JG on Sun, Jan 08, 2012 at 20:26:24 from 71.59.27.33

That is awesome that pace felt easy ... but dude, what are you doing running 13 miles! :) I know that is not in the Pfitz plan!!

When 7:30 pace is a walk in the park, you are in sub-3 shape.

ACorn - thanks, looking forward to running the dang race already

Burt - yes, I gave myself a ticket but I plead not guilty. Hopefully I don't show up in court as a witness.

JG - he did, I swear! Actually he talked me down from the 15 I WAS going to do.

IJR - thanks, me too.

April - is that really how it works?

dh - I got about 2 hours of sleep and had to start working. One of those days.

Thanks Steam!
