Had a miserable soccer game.  On my first run of the game I pulled my left quad.  The quad coupled with my right knee made for a difficult game.  In the 35 years I've been playing I don't think there has ever been a time I hoped no one would pass me the ball.  Unfortunately, we didn't have any subs so I had to play the whole game- It was awful.  I'll count 2 miles for the 80+ minutes of sheer torture.

3 miles @ 8:30 pace. 1 mile walking (.5 to warm up/.5 cooldown). 2 miles on elliptical therefore completing 60 minutes of cardio. Still fighting the right knee. Can't get into the orthopedic until the 16th. Hopefully he'll be able to help.

4.5 treadmill miles at the gym.  Started out with .25 mile walk to warm up the knee.  I then ran 2 miles at an 8:30 pace, 1 mile at an 8:19 pace and 1 mile at a 9:13.  Ended with .25 mile cooldown.    Overall I felt pretty good.   My knee is a bit swollen and sore but that seems to be the norm these days.
