4.5 treadmill miles at the gym. Started out with .25 mile walk to warm up the knee. I then ran 2 miles at an 8:30 pace, 1 mile at an 8:19 pace and 1 mile at a 9:13. Ended with .25 mile cooldown. Overall I felt pretty good. My knee is a bit swollen and sore but that seems to be the norm these days. |
