Intervals: 1 mile @ 9:13, 1 mile @7:03, 1/2 mile @ 9:13, 1/2 mile @ 7:03, 1/4 mile @ 9:13, 1/2 mile @ 7:03, 1/4 mile @ 8:36. This was a great run, I only had a limited time and I wanted to get in a good work-out but I didn't want to trash my legs for Saturday. The slow sections were actually unbearably slow but I was trying to be conservative. I was amazed at how good the 7:03 pace felt. I felt I could have maintained it for several more mile.
