Ran over to the gym to meet the kids and swim. I felt like I had pushed fairly hard at times but I still never saw a mile under 8:00- I think I'm slowing down. AP was 8:31 for 4.5 miles and then I walked for a mile at the gym. I'm looking forward to Painter's next weekend but I can't decide what to make my goal. My husband is going to run/walk it so I could pace him but I think that would drive me nuts. Last year I ran it in 1:38, a PR for me- I don't think I'm ready for that sooo... what to do?
