| | ran outside after a very long week - no longer teaching yoga at Compass to the ladies. Sad in some ways, but too much on my plate to be committed to the 4:30 time twice a week. Looking forward to exploring my own yoga styles and pushing my own limits. Crossfit continue to strengthen me in ways I never knew I could! Pace today was 8:39
