Went out this morning around 9am for a good bike ride. I kept it short, 10 miles, but pumped it hard after the first mile. I averaged just short of 19 mph on the ol mountain bike for those 9. Legs feel great and no pains from the race!

19 mph on the ol mtn bike is flying and not easy to do. Nice workout!

I got a pretty good burn in the legs on a few gradual up hills....felt good. Can't believe how good I feel after the race...well I guess I can. I didn't freakin race, I ran consistent but without laying it out there except maybe for the last 1 1/2 to 2 miles. I just needed to gently ramp the speed up at the beginning 15-20 seconds and could have had a great race.
