The first 13 miles felt pretty good and then I was wasted for the last part of the run- Good to get some mileage in after a month or so without much running. Got home showered and then decided to ride the bike into town for the parade then back home 13 miles. Felt good to spin the legs-

| | Early morning run from the wall through Gunlock to Ivins with the club: I took off as soon as the shuttle dropped us off wanting to just get on with the run because it was hot already and very muggy. Didn't look at the Garmin at all, just went with what felt good to the body.At mile 12.35 Bill passed me and Mike passed at about 13.25. That was when I was worn out and just hanging on- took some walk breaks because the feet were sore. Ended up with a 7:43 average pace with only 2 miles in the 8's. Overall I felt good based on the effort and prior training. If I can figure out how to make it through 26 miles without feet issues I feel like I can pull off a 7:45 for the marathon. My legs feel great and I could go out right now for more mileage but the feet can't take any more.
