10 mile bike- first 5 out at 13 mph..taking it easy, the legs were sore from the weekend run. On the return 5 I pushed it harder trying to catch some road bikers....didn't catch them but stayed even with them. That leg was 17 mph. Then changed shoes and went for a run, 3 1/2 miles at 8:20 pace. First mile was 8:52...legs very tired then moved the final 2 1/2 at 8:06 pace. Came home and had some time so I went back out for 5 more miles on the bike- |
