Noon - 4.0 miles @ 6:37 pace - 26:28.73

Ran on my newly measured work loop - The legs felt great and the weather was fantastic (there was a little north wind)

400's - 104.98, 100.375, 100.375, 101.62, 100.88, 100.97, 99.98, 99.07, 100.13 (180 deg turn-around), 98.52, 96.93, 95.32, 95.65, 97.80, 100.85 (hill), 95.28,

10:48 pm - 7.25 miles @ 7:09 pace - 51:51.65

Other than having to rather smelly bouts with skunk spray (it just about made me vomit) this run felt good and went quite well. Fall temps are definately in full force.

Nice work Chad, the 'little' north wind you speak of was just a 'little' more out here! :) Or I'm just a pansy with the wind.

Nice tempo run! Did you do that off no warmup?

From Chad Robinson on Mon, Oct 17, 2011 at 15:36:25 from 50.73.39.89

Thanks Rachel - The JRPW has a way a making the wind feel a little nicer.

Andrea - no warm-up the wheels just felt like turning. I will take it easier tonight.
