| 20.0 miles @ 7:21 pace - 2:27:08 - Got a preview of the middle ten miles of the Ogden Marathon Course. It definately is a net down hill - running up course was not fun and I could have done without the wind. I had a GU and water at mile 12 and survived the last 4 miles (with some stops). |
