I really dislike the hills in Herriman.  Can't complain about the pace considering the uphill battle.  Ogden should be a walk in the park (maybe).

great pace for a long run, especially a hilly long run. ogden will be a run in the dinosaur park (definitely).

that is indeed a nice pace for that run. and you are hammering out a lot of tempo miles, nice job. you are going to do great at Ogden. I entered the lottery for St George- are you thinking of that?
