Yikes, another day of not running. I need to make running a bigger priority. Since deciding not to go back to SUU until the fall (many factors went into the decision, it's for the best) I've developed the awful attitude of "if I miss running today it's not going to be that big of a deal." I'm making it my goal to not miss a day of running for the next 3 weeks (excluding Sundays of course).

I'm catching a cold. Did VA loop, didn't feel very good but it wasn't awful either. Went faster than I did in Idaho.

2 out and back on Foothill. Felt okay, my cold is hitting me pretty hard. 7:58 average.

On a brighter note, noticed that my pants were loose today so out of curiosity I hopped on the scale and realized I've lost 10 pounds! Was surprised actually because I've had more junk than food with nutritional value. Maybe I should be better about that...
