Hip was feeling good, did the form mile (practice was switched to 7:30 today because of daylight savings and I missed the memo, glad I texted Kamryn last minute. Was 15 minutes late so I totally missed the warmups but oh well). Still felt good so Nate said I could do the workout, I was stoked. 400s are my favorite. I was also a bit nervous because I’m still coming back and I knew I wouldn’t hit good times, but better to do what you can, right? Paul later told me I could only do 4 which helped my nerves because that seemed more manageable right off the bat. Mile warmup then started, I hit 82, 80, 81, 82. 90 seconds rest in between each. Then cooled down to 6. Hip felt good! Chest was burning, thank goodness Nate had a cough drop. Pool: 35 minutes at 60% |
