AM: Had to do a few things this morning so I only had time for 3 before weights. Calves were really tight. 8:00 average.
Later AM: Weights. Power day. Hamstring has been twinging a bit so weights coach had me do a few modifications. After weights went to the training room and had my SI joints realigned (probably why my hammy is acting up) and my hamstring rubbed out. She said she broke up a lot of stuff and my hamstring felt much better afterwards.
PM: 8.25 miles. Main Street loop + 1 out and back on Dikes. Hip flexers were tight from weights and calves still a bit tight too. 8:04 average.
