My right leg is sore from yesterday, left slightly so but not nearly as much as my right. Strange, maybe an imbalance of strength? Oh well.

Was tired today, looks like I can't do less than 8 hours of sleep. Welp, sometimes you gotta live a little, right?

Today's workout wasn't as hard as I was expecting, which was nice. I got there after the laps of warmups because I had class, but jumped in for stretches. We did a block lap then straight into 70% run for 2 miles. I actually felt pretty decent, am happy with how I did. First 3ish laps it was Kamryn and I in the front for our group. First lap was a 94, coach told us to slow down. Next a 96 (3:10), then a 98 (4:48), then I picked it back up to 96 (6:24 for the first mile, Kamryn had dropped back by this point). Coach stopped yelling my splits once Josie caught up and passed me, I should've just gone with her but I was relaxed and had a good rhythm and just wanted to stay at my current pace. I know, bad bad bad. Maybe one day I'll learn. Ended with a 13:06, so 6:42 second mile. Last two laps were where it began to hurt, but I worked through it. Definitely didn't feel all out by any means though, was nice to just relax and run.

2 miles cool down to get to 5.
