Today I was getting sick of doing the same thing for the past couple days so I decided to change it up a bit. I did 1 lap warmup (2.25), then did a 2 mile tempo because I know where the 2 mile is. I got 12:41, which is okay I guess considering the elevation change and there were a few small hills. I felt unusually out of breath by the end though. Then I finished the lap and did another lap cool down.
