We ran up to the track, then did a mile warmup, mile, speed changes, and then did a 200, 400, 400, 200, 200, 400, 400, 200. I was supposed to hit the 200s at 38, and the 400s at 80. I really wasn't feeling good and with each one felt more sluggish. I can't remember my times but I think I only hit one of the 400s and like 2 of the 200s. |
