1st track thing today. We ran (excuse me, sprinted) a block lap around East. We did squats, lunges, sit-ups, planks, balancing things, all that type of stuff in the Weight room. Then the cross country people went out for the actual run. I ran 20 minutes up Sunnyside and back. We got to about where this is the place heritage park is, up just a little further. So probably I got to 4 miles for the day. |
