Today we met at sugarhouse. We did a warmup loop, then we did some hills. I only did 6 of them because my leg and hip area was hurting so much! Even on the warmup. It was so tight/sore/just killing! Then we did some strides, I was starting to feel better. Then did a cool down. I can't figure out what it was that hurt it so much! maybe it was from running on the road slant? I don't know. I'm gonna ice it and roll it out to see if it will feel better tomorrow. |
