I went for my own run today. I went 20 minutes, then I decided to keep going because I only had to go about 2.5 more miles. I had a side ache, but I tried my best to run through it. I really didn't start to warmup until about mile 3 or 4. But it would've bothered me if I had stopped at 77.5 for the week. So I kept going :) This is the highest I have ever gone mileage wise, and, oddly, I feel great!!!
