AM:

Today we went to the cottonwood complex. We did the 3 mile loop for warmup, then we stretched and did strides. Then we did Bessie 4 times, Roller-coaster 4 times, and Miranda 4 times. On Bessie, I thought it was our normal go up the hill hard, recover on the way back. Nope, it was hard the entire time. So after completely dying on the first one, I thought maybe I could do the same thing, except this time when Natalie came up on me I would go with her. That was a fail, so on the 3rd one I thought I'd go slower at the beginning then pick it up at the end. Didn't work either. I couldn't get myself to start kicking. Then on the 4th I was so tired, it might've seemed like I was just jogging it, but I was pushing myself. Then we ran to roller-coaster. 1st one was okay, I tried to keep it up. On the downhill I actually had the most trouble. I was trying not to over-stride. 2nd, I just tried to keep up with the people near me. 3rd and 4th I just tried not to stop too soon. Then we ran Miranda. up and around the trees, then down. The easiest one!!! 1st one I was so tired, I didn't push myself like I should've. But then I realized how easy it was, and then I pushed on the 2nd. I did really good on that one! Then on the 3rd, I think Abigail noticed I was pushing, and the 3rd seemed like a race between us two. It was kinda fun! Same with the 4th. I won the 3rd, she won the 4th. :) Then we did 2 times around the baseball field thing this time, then our normal 3 mile loop, and 1 more time around the thing. Then to the drinking fountain to get to 10.

PM:

4.5 miles around my neighborhood, originally going for 5.5, but it was getting dark and my dad needed me home, so I cut it a mile short.
