It's amazing how fast you can lose it all. I was gone for 2 weeks, and now I'm at the back of the pack. Finally when I was doing well, doing what I wanted to, I go on vacation and go back to zero. We met at sugarhouse and did the cemetery run. Bill had told me to do a lap in the cemetery. So I did. But the others, I could tell, were going faster than they normally do, and for me who was struggling to even keep up with the normal pace, this did not help me one bit. I crashed earlier, and the rest of the run sucked. I just felt like I should at least try to keep up for as long as I could. Thanks guys. Really didn't help. I'm upset that I went from the front (ish) of the pack to the back of the pack. |
