When we were driving home, we saw a ragnar relay going on, and it was cool to watch them. I think it would be kind of fun to do one! Anyway, when I got home I hung out for a bit, enjoying the air conditioning and finally being able to do whatever I wanted. Then I went for a run because I wanted to, despite the heat. I did 8. I was feeling good until about the 3rd mile. It was then that I decided it was really hot. But I finished it, and ended up doing more than I had planned. I had originally thought I'd go out for 5 or 6, but just kept going. I went over to sugarhouse and then went down to 13th and headed towards Cottonwood Complex, but then I decided to turn up the road the cemetery is on, then did a lap in the cemetery, and went back the cemetery run way. When I got back to sugarhouse I went back along 15th. It was definitely hot outside. I will go for another run later tonight when it's not so hot. |
