Speed today. It sucked. Okay, well I just wasn't feeling good and wasn't in the mood for speed. So it made it 10 times worse. We did a lap at sunnyside, then ran down to the track and did a mile speed changes. Then we did a fast 200, then jogged a 100, then a fast 300. I did that 5 times, while the others did it 6. I just wasn't feeling good. I know I should've done all of them. Oh well, can't change the past. then we went back up to sunnyside and did strides, where when Bill yelled go we'd give all we had for the rest of the stride. I felt super slow. But at least there's NO MORE SPEED WORKOUTS!!! (well, except for maybe 800s at parks and such, but no more workouts on tracks!) |
