Today we did warmup of 2 laps and drills, and then we went over to the hill with the asphalt on it and ran up a little up that and along the cement a-ways. We were placed in groups of 3, and I was with Natalie and Chris. Those fast people!!! We did 8 sets. I just tried to stick with them and pushed. Then we went for a run. Bill said 30 minutes out 30 minutes back. We did shriners run. I tried to keep up with Bill, Tomy, Natalie, Chris and Caden, and by the round-a-bout Caden and I decided to back off a bit because they were going sooo fast!!!! Haha we changed subjects so easy...ha. Thought this was a recovery run? Not apparently to them. Got to a bit farther than the fire station, got about 6.5 in there. add the warmup, drills, and hills (1.5 miles) to get to 8. |
