Met the group at Liberty. We did a lap warmup, then 2 laps of fartlek. 30 minutes on 30 minutes off. I accidentally did a full minute on because I don't have intervals on my watch so I was looking off time. Then we did cool down to 8. I felt a little sick to my stomach. Maybe I should stop eating right before the runs... |
