Today I was really busy, I had an appointment that lasted pretty much all day, and included 6 hours of testing so that was a blast. As soon as I was done I went to the track and was able to watch the last little bit of the time trials, but had to be home by 5:30 to go to an awards night for my brother. So I didn't have enough time to do the run, maybe I should've just gone home and done my own run while it was light outside. But it was fun to watch the time trials anyway. When I got home from my brothers thing I went to steiner and did 3.5 miles on the treadmill before they closed.
