Light speed today. 2 laps warmup, stretching and drills. Then we did a mile warmup, mile speed changes. We did 3 400s, 2 groups of people so that we could push Natalie while she did 800s (because she's just that amazing) and then 3 200s. All at mile pace. Each had a lap of recovery in between. Lots of recovery!!! :)
400s: 80, 78, 78.
200s: 36, 37, 36
Then I did 4 grass laps to get me to 7 miles I think it was. |
